BAT REMOVAL NEAR NILES MICHIGAN.
If you live in or near Niles Michigan and have bats in the attic, your not alone. We at ®American Animal Control, LLC have had a big increase in bat calls from customers with bats in the attics and bats in the walls in the last few weeks. Some of our customers have also been finding bats in their basement, bats in their bedrooms, and even bats in their bathrooms. So why are the bats in Niles Michigan so active this time of year?
WE GET BATS OUT OF YOUR HOUSE IN NILES.
®American Animal Control, LLC recieves bat calls from customers when the attics are really hot, and when the attics are really cold. Most bats in the attic enter up high on the roof line. They will come and go and very few people even realize they have bats in the attic until they go looking for something in the attic or a bat takes flight In the living quarters of the home. Bats are very temperature sensitive. When the attics are really hot or when the attics are really cold the bats will get down under the insulation and lay on top the drywall for cool air escaping in the summer or, like now, the heat escaping in the winter. The drywall under the insulation is like rock, and the temperature that is at the cieling height in the living quarters of the home will either warm or cool the "sheet rock" or drywall. The drywall then will maintain a fairly constant temperature. And the insulation above the bats protects the bats from the extreme temperatures in the attic. This is when we will receive calls from customers that are hearing bats scratching in the ceiling. Many times in the bedroom ceilings. They will here these scratching noises from bats in the attics primarily at night while they are trying to sleep.
WE REMOVE BATS IN THE WALLS- NILES MICHIGAN.
®American Animal Control, LLC also receives calls in the winter months from customers with bats in the walls also. Bats will move up and down the walls of homes trying to seek a comfortable temperature. Many people think that bats will hibernate in the winter. Some do, but not all. We have found bats in barns in the dead of winter with no insulation. The bats will however stay tight togeather and seek the warmest locations to nestle into. The bats will move very slow and do not go out to hunt unless the temperatures are adequate. Occasionally you will find bats in the yard this time of year.DO NOT HANDLE BATS. Just because a bat seems very docile or moving slow, it can still bite. Bats in the walls will sometimes be noticed by the clicking or squeaking noises they make. Other times it is just the bats scratching in the walls.
